Heller is one of the top divers in the state. He has advanced to the Class 2A state meet the previous two years, finishing fourth last season. Here is a closer look at Heller, who also played soccer in the fall for the Wildcats:

How did you get started in swimming and soccer? My parents put me in those sports at a young age, and they were the two that stuck with me.
At my first varsity practice, I felt … very nervous and excited for what it was to going to be like.

What are your goals for the remainder of the swimming and diving season? I would like to finish in the top three in the state for diving.
What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Going to state in diving for the first time my sophomore year. [He finished in 10th place].
How do you balance school and sports during the year? I’m pretty much sleep-deprived trying to keep up with school and sports.
When you have time off during vacation, what do you like to do? Relax, and get my mind off the real world.
Who is your favorite college or pro sports team? Chelsea F.C. [an English soccer club that competes in the Premier League].
